We would like to say thank you for your help and knowledge in purchasing the hearing aids for my husband. His Hearing aids have really helped especially with the family. Thank you for giving me the gift of hearing. You were professional and lead me through the alternatives to fit my lifestyle. Most important I was fit for my eldest daughters wedding. As you can imagine this was a very special event and I wanted to be an active participant throughout the day. Previously due to my hearing deficit, I felt uncomfortable in certain social settings. If I could not hear what was said clearly; I would not engage in conversation. All of this is behind me now.

My emotional adjustment took a little longer than the physical adjustment period. However, my family, friends and you made my wearing hearing aids so matter-of-fact that now I don’t see why I was concerned. Again thank you and your staff for your professionalism and caring. As one of your pamphlets said, “Life is on”!

Why didn't I do this sooner? I kept putting this off and noticing that my grandchildren were hard to understand. My Audiologist made this process so easy that I now clearly understand all of my family members and they seem happier to see me.

I have been wearing hearing aids for many years and the difference is being seen by their Audiologist.
