Thank you for giving me the gift of hearing. You were professional and lead me through the alternatives to fit my lifestyle. Most important I was fit for my eldest daughters wedding. As you can imagine this was a very special event and I wanted to be an active participant throughout the day. Previously due to my hearing deficit, I felt uncomfortable in certain social settings. If I could not hear what was said clearly; I would not engage in conversation. All of this is behind me now.

My emotional adjustment took a little longer than the physical adjustment period. However, my family, friends and you made my wearing hearing aids so matter-of-fact that now I don’t see why I was concerned. Again thank you and your staff for your professionalism and caring. As one of your pamphlets said, “Life is on”!

Why didn't I do this sooner? I kept putting this off and noticing that my grandchildren were hard to understand. My Audiologist made this process so easy that I now clearly understand all of my family members and they seem happier to see me.

I have been wearing hearing aids for many years and the difference is being seen by their Audiologist.
